High and Peak Season - We have a no cancellation policy for all bookings across our High and Peak Seasons (Dec 23rd- Jan 7th) - All Cancellations will be charged the full balance without exception.
Winter and Shoulder Seasons - 48 hour cancellation Policy - Full refund will be made. You are welcome to cancel any reservations provided you give more than 48hrs notice.
